Gifts may be donated toward a particular discipline, or a special activity.
We would be pleased to discuss areas you would most like to support.
Please note that gifts of $1,000 can be dedicated to a special project.
By making a gift of $10,000 or more, the donor is entitles to a prominently displayed brass plaque. Brass plaques are individually inscribed in accordance with the wishes of each donor.
Description of the organization:
-The Music Centre Association was founded on 1998.
- The Felicja Blumental Music Centre presents 4-5 concerts a week during the season (September – July).
-The artists are young Israeli musicians, new immigrants, professional musicians as well as Israeli composers.
-The auditorium gives the artists a professional platform on which to perform
- We are a non profit organization that got the recognition of file 46a.
Aims of the Association:
- To promote these activities through the media and offer artists the opportunity for professional exposure.
-To acquire audiences for classical and contemporary music by charging subsidized tickets prices or holding free concerts.
-To offer free Lectures series on classical music
Projects in need of support:
- The purchase of a Steinway B piano to upgrade the conditions for our concert series.
- The purchase of new CD`s and DVD`s for the Library that will serve its audience.
- Financial support for an Ensemble in Residence program. (Nikel, Opera-Camera, Israeli Music Club, Phoenix, Bach Soloists, Avi Leibovich- Orchestra, Percadu)
Special educational activities:
The Art of Yiddish song program given by Nehama Lifschitz ongoing for the last 11 years.
